Special cleaning rooms

Even before the Covid-19 emergency, the cleaning of the rooms and common areas of our facility is managed by professionals in the sector who have years of experience, qualified staff, state-of-the-art equipment and operate according to the latest legal provisions.
In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, an additional sanitization and disinfection protocol has been introduced, which can be consulted in the attached documentation. At the end of cleaning, a disinfection certificate is left in each room.
The linen of our rooms is treated according to the 14065 RABC standards, which guarantee a washing and sanitization process set and validated to obtain the microbial abatement on the linen.
The customer is provided with a bathroom kit containing a towel, bath towel, bidet towel and bath mat packed in a single closed and sealed package bearing the wording 14065 RABC.

Common areas

We have equipped our common areas in order to make them usable in complete safety by our guests and staff.
The front desk was equipped with plexiglass barriers and distance markers.
The two entrance doors have been used as an entrance and an exit.
Handwash gels, gloves and disinfectant wipes are available in the hall and near all lifts.

Express check in & check out

We have developed procedures that allow us to streamline the check-in and check-out procedures, minimizing the time spent waiting and waiting at the front desk ... while waiting to be able to shake hands again and stop for a chat!

Staff training

In reorganizing our business, we followed the "National Safe Reception Protocol" which can be viewed here in the attachments.
All staff have been trained and in order to guarantee compliance and supervision over the anti-contagion rules.


Unfortunately we had to pause our beloved and well-kept breakfast buffet, opting, but only temporarily, for safer solutions!
Our guests can choose between room service, for a breakfast in the tranquility and relaxation of their room or for a breakfast served at the table in the breakfast room.
The breakfast room has been remodeled to ensure compliance with safety distances.
The breakfast menu is delivered at check in and preferences must be communicated the previous evening.
